Frequently Asked Questions

What type of items should I store?

Our users most commonly store personal memorabilia such as awards, trophies, yearbooks, family photos and heirlooms – think grandma’s quilt or dad’s baseball card collection!

Who is managing the storage and watching the facility?

We have staff on site to receive, catalog and monitor your belongings. Our 24/7 cameras and alarm system keep the facility safe at all times.

What if I want items returned early?

Your items can be returned at any time. Just give us 30 days’ notice and we will ship your box back to you. We do not issue refunds for boxes returned early.

What if something happens to my stuff?

Your security is our priority. All storage plans include shipping insurance through UPS that covers property damage or loss of goods. Additionally, if anything should happen to your box while at our facility, we will pay up to $200 for damage to your items. If you’d like to add on additional shipping coverage, you can request Premium Shipping Insurance for an additional $2.00.
